Royal Prince is nominated in 2012 for the International Hunter Futurity. Details can be found at www.inthf.org. Bugatti, Contucci, Riverman, and Royal Prince are all nominated to the International Jumper & Dressage Futurities. Stallion Approvals

Please keep in mind that in order to register your foals with a specific association, your mare may first need to be presented to that registry for approval. If you are confused at all on registration options for a potential foal, talk with Hilltop Farm and your breed registry PRIOR to booking your breeding.

Additional Registry Notes

Your mare’s registration and approval play just as important of a role in deciding which registry to go with. In addition to the registries the stallions are approved with, there are often additional registration options based on your mare’s eligibility. Some of these are listed below. If you are confused at all on registration options for a potential foal, talk with Hilltop Farm and your breed registry PRIOR to booking your breeding.

American Hanoverian Society (AHS): Parabol has been approved with AHS, but is currently not activated with them. Breeders interested in pursuing AHS registration for his offspring should talk with Hilltop and the registry to learn any requirements. Thoroughbred mares bred to Parabol are not eligible to register their foals Hanoverian due to an insufficient percentage of Hanoverian blood.

International Sporthorse Registry/Oldenburg, North America: Many of the European stallions may be eligible for registration upon the mare owner’s completion of a Foreign Stallion Permit. Don Principe has been approved with ISR/OldNA, but is not currently activated with them. Breeders interested in pursuing ISR/OldNA registration for Don Principe offspring should talk with Hilltop or the registry to learn any requirements.

Dutch Warmblood Studbook in North America (KWPN-NA): Offspring out of KWPN mares and by stallions approved with an Erkend Studbook (such as AHS) are eligible for Register A papers.

Swedish Warmblood Association of North America: Bugatti has been approved with SWANA, but is currently not activated with them. Breeders interested in pursuing SWANA registration for his offspring should talk with Hilltop and the registry to learn any requirements. Offspring out of SWANA mares, by Contucci, Riverman, and Royal Prince are eligible for full registration. Offspring by other stallions may be eligible.

Westphalian Horse Association: Any Westphalian papered and branded mare bred to a Lifetime Licensed and Approved German warmblood stallion may register her foal Westphalian.

Oldenburg Horse Breeders Society (GOV): Parabol has been approved with the GOV, but is not currently activated with them. Breeders interested in pursuing GOV registration for Parabol offspring should talk with Hilltop or the registry to learn any requirements.  Doctor Wendell MF and Hemmingway have been licensed with the GOV, but are currently pursuing their sport requirements and offspring are not eligible for registration until these requirements are completed.

Rheinland Pfalz-Saar International (RPSI): Popeye has been approved with the RPSI, but is not currently activated with them. Breeders interested in pursuing RPSI registration for Popeye offspring should talk with Hilltop and the registry to learn any requirements.

Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeders Association (CWHBA): Bugatti, Contucci, Donarweiss, Riverman, and Royal Prince have been approved with the CWHBA, but are not currently activated with them. Breeders interested in pursuing CWHBA registration for offspring should talk with Hilltop and the registry to learn any requirements.
