Here is a sweet and very sensible young gelding with a lot of options open to him. "Theanser" settled in quickly after his move to Hilltop and has been progressing rapidly in his training. Every day he comes out willing to work and is becoming more consistent in the contact and connection each week. His canter is a highlight with a very good balance and wonderful feeling for his rider.
Prior to Hilltop, he had been in training with a hunter trainer. In his first outing he took 5 firsts and a second and was Champion Baby Green Hunter. We have only been lightly jumping him since his move to Hilltop, but think he is a nice hunter or eventing prospect for an amateur or junior to develop.
Theanser is by Prosperity, a son of E’Sops Fable. Prosperity has sired a number of offspring doing well in hunter and jumper arenas. Theanser is out of a Thoroughbred mare.
Easy to work around and uncomplicated to rider, Theanser will be a fun project for many different types of riders to enjoy success with.
