A beautiful, correct moving filly with high-quality gaits, Kjendawn was awarded Premium status at her OldenburgNA inspection last year.  She’s just arrived at Hilltop Farm from her breeder’s, but has impressed us already with her confidence and adjustment to a new home/new people/etc.  She’s got a lovely natural balance and rhythm and should be a fun prospect to develop for the dressage arena.

Sire Kjento (Negro-Jazz) has been a rising star at Van Olst Stables.  He was the winner of his Stallion Test and has been 2x World Champion Young Horse (at ages 6 & 7) and his now showing at the Prix St. Georges/Intermediate I level.  Grandsire Negro is one of the top sires in the world for FEI dressage horses and is also the damsire of Olympic medalists Everdale and Glamourdale.  Kjendawn’s dam brings the older foundation lines of stallions like Donnerwetter and Flemmingh. Her first filly, by Glamourdale, was also awarded Premium status and was Site Champion at her inspection.
